The first Ronald McDonald House in Utah was created in 1988. The Wasatch Front was begging to be known for world-class pediatric patient care, bringing families from across the world to our doorstep. That 13-room House began to feel too small.

Beginning to Grow

As needs increased, we rose to meet them. We moved and expanded into a 75-room house in Salt Lake City, with further plans to grow.

Caring for More Families

By partnering with area hospitals, we could reach more families than ever. Our Ronald McDonald House Family Rooms and our Hospitality Cart are located within select hospital locations, offering families a place to rest, recharge, and stay close during their most difficult times.
